This was a few weeks ago , captured from a pull off on the Sterling Highway, it?s a section of the Kenai River, the Kenai River called the Kahtnu River in the Dena"an language is the longest river on the Kenai Peninsula in South central Alaska. It is 82 miles long and can be seen from many spots along the highway, the Kenai is famous for world class salmon fishing .
