For over three years, I have photographed Bullseye;spent hundreds of hours in the woods and fields, taken thousands of photos in all types of weather,been blessed with his trust and acceptance. I have shared a rare and unique bond that few have ever shared with a wild animal,one that I will never know again as long as I live. There may be other bucks that are bigger, or have larger racks, but for me, there will never be a more beautiful buck than Bullseye. He died last week,I heard the shot,saw him run back into the safety of our woods,stumble and fall. He has taken a part of my soul with him;my world is a bit darker,the woods more lonely and less magical without his presence.
