We had a workshop on the side of a lagoon, we lived on a boat and mended boats in the workshop. Our days there were numbered and towards the time of our notice many friends visited us .. this is one such occasion .. I took the opportunity to sketch my visitors. These two are Caroline and Mike, they also are boaters and have a yacht. Good times, fine memories. The sketches I did.. I later made paintings of them all. Some coloured, some black and white. Mike and Caroline were two bubbly people and didn't need colour. Caroline's sun hat was the envy of all and her symbol. This would be 2017 I think.
