Around twenty million years ago a giant hornless rhinoceros that Paleontologists have come to call 'Baluchitherium' ( 'the beast of Baluchistan' ) and several other scientific names besides, roamed across the grasslands of southwestern Asia. Standing twenty-five feet tall at the shoulder and weighing as much as an entire herd of modern elephants this long-necked,long-legged,and large-eared creature is currently the largest land mammal known to ever have existed. My portrait drawing of this specimen was drawn using Graphite Pencils of various grades and given a soft blue 'blush' using a Watercolor pencil and a small 'smudge stick'.
