Color Red Art Contest Contest Entry

Minor, only to bring into Photoshop, resize etc. About a year or so back I returned to practicing acrylic on pleinair panels and painted this red boat on the moving waters to enter into a contest at FAR. I really like water scenes' photography and artwork, so wishing to improve my work in acrylics, as well as all of mine in water mixable or traditional oils, watercolor and other medium, I watched a professional artist's acrylic work doing a similar scene as a reference. He indicated anyone following his lessons could sell theirs as well; then, I painted this red and white boat on somewhat stormy waters, that from the sky on one side seems to be calming down. Hope you enjoy.
