Many times when I go to the canvas, I only paint from my imagination. This is a landscape photo, inspired by a wish to get away. I have had a lot of depression over the last year or so and painting a setting, I wish I were in, has been extremely therapeutic for me. I love nature and color. Water and flowers make me come alive.
