I stayed at an English couples Pension out in the wilds of the Spanish Costa Blanca for a short while. A lady came once a week and for a small charge 'ran' an art group, bringing paper and paints /but did not paint/as she had a car and visited all the outlying places that way. I have done the same myself in the past and thought it a splendid idea and began by drawing what I saw outside of the window. I don't suppose they had many long-term guests, but a couple of us joined in the group each week.
