To me, this pure white feather, along with the foliage, teaches a powerful message about the living world. The plant, which is a basic foundation of life, supports the essential element of flight that is crucial to the bird?s survival. That which is rooted in the earth lifts up the tiny feather towards the same freedom that the feather gave to the bird.
