I hand chiseled this walnut wood into the bust of Christ about 35 years ago. I kept it, with linseed oil, in a grainy sack. Then after taking it out, I feel it was a miracle of God that it stayed this preserved. I doubt I could chisel like this now. For the contest I took a picture, removed distractions where it lay and painted it more as a Mixed Media Level Sculpture.
