I have loved deer since I was a child, so reindeer have been my favorite part of Christmas; I have quite a collection of them! This is one of the larger ones; it is actually a soup tureen with a lid and serving ladle, but I have always used it to display a poinsettia plant. I photographed this outside on the deck as the temperature got up to 58 degrees! I used a large box for the base, covered it with white plastic tablecloth hanging down from the deck railing and secured with some heavy rocks as it was slightly breezy out. Added some white pine branches that I found in the woods. Adjusted brightness, sharpness, edited out distractions in tablecloth, added and adjusted vintage filter.
