Eklutna Tailrace is located about 23 miles north of my home and off the Old Glenn Highway , it?s a favorite place to get out and get some exercise with my dogs. This water never freezes as it is warmed by a power plant. There is good fishing here for king Salmon . This was early in the afternoon .
