Line Art Contest Contest Entry
Starting with a continuous stream of loops and curves, I finished by filling in the open spaces and softening every sharp corner.
This type of art frees the mind to open up and express through design and unique shapes. It stimulates mindfulness and relaxation.
This type of art allows me to create without a plan and just flow.
Sometimes I really want to create but my mind is boggled and this helps me to just start something and empty out my thoughts.
Sometimes I use every section to process something that?s stuck in my mind. Sometimes I pray for others or think about what I?m grateful for.
If you?ve never heard of it, look it up on Youtube. There are some great tutorials on Neurographic Art.
Once I create this type of art, my mind is freer to do something more complicated.
