This building was designed by Lou Ruvo. It is the Cleveland Clinic outside of Vegas. It was designed to look like it is melting, because of the heat in Nevada. The inside looks like just a regular building. The curves and angles are amazing. And yes, the people were there, which helped to add perspective.
