Bridges Contest Entry
This photo was taken last year on a beautiful day in Colt State Park. The Old Stone Bridge, now part of the East Bay bike path and the not so new driving bridge cross over the waterway and over look Narragansett Bay. On this day, the setting sun peeked through the clouds and looked like God's eye shining down on this fabulous and peaceful vista. I sat on the stone bridge for a couple of hours, enjoying the gorgeous scenery and snapped some lovely shots. If you don't live near RI, please put it on your bucket list. I've lived here my whole life and still find new beautiful places to visit and see regularly. We have miles of coastline and beaches along with some of the most beautiful parks and golf courses of New England all in just 1214 square miles.
