This picture was taken in July when I was on vacation visiting my brother and his wife. We stopped at a boat launch so my brother could do some bass fishing from the shoreline. To our surprise there were two women with horses in the water. I assume they were cooling them off because, they were walking the horses in water that was just above their chest. They also had a little pony that was tied to the bushes on shore. I was taking pictures of the little guy from the other side of the parking lot, when a family with a little girl pulled into the lot. The little girl was so excited when she saw the pony and immediately ran over to pet it. Mom followed her and they both spent time petting the little guy. I thought this would be a great shot for the candid photo contest. I loved the moment and couldn't pass up shooting some photos of them. I have no idea who these people were and they had no idea I was shooting them. The photo is definitely a candid shot. Hope you enjoy!
