| I setup a cross in the background. Then I traced flowers to get the line art that I wanted and colored them in. From there I duplicated the images, placing them where I wanted on the cross and then added or erased things I didn't want. I finished by using a glowing dot brush to make it look more magical and an airbrush to add depth to the background.

This peace represents how our faith starts out small and grows to full bloom. I chose to visualize this concept by having peonies on a cross, starting from bud and working its way up to the full blooming flower. The glowing orbs are how faith can shine through the darkness around us and give us hope for the future.
