Always looking to try something different this is my first attempt at fabric painting. Its on fine linen with a satin embroidered blanket stitch border. The fabric is recycled from scraps.
I found it quite easy to establish a drawing then found the liquid paint would spread a bit like wet on wet when painting in watercolours on paper but more inclined to a small distance.
My uploaded photo of this is not showing it in the same vibrant way as in reality.
