Back to Cumberland Pool, east side- Nida Point. From last summer on one of my half dozen trips to the birding hot spot. The "pool" is several miles across and the main body of water within the Tishomingo National Wildlife Refuge. As stated in previous post, there were so many birds down there last year that I could hardly ever count all of them. Several hundred each day and dozens of species. In particular, there were at least 200-300 Snowy and Great Egrets combined. I still have over a hundred or more RAW files from that location that I have not yet even processed. This was one of them.
