Snow Contest Entry

I look this picture to capture this cold fridged morning. Some of the waterfall is actually frozen! This was taken in Blackwater Falls State Park in Davis, West Virginia. I was practicing long exposures to get that milky water image. I also was practicing with my ND filter.
