This is Tick brother Tock. They both have the same abilities, but Tock likes to make sarcastic remarks before, during and after the job is done. Sometimes he is the slapstick of the story but sometimes he is just corny. Maybe worth a chuckle. There are more characters that will be coming but theses are the ones that have been done so far;
