Water In Nature Photos Contest Entry

Katholiko Bay, on Cretes Akrotiri Peninsula, is a home to the abandoned Katholiko Monastery, believed to be Cretes oldest, dating back to the 11th century. This bay lies at the bottom of a rocky gorge coming down from the monastery and was once a shelter for monks and pirates.
