This is the Etang de Lers in a spectacular region in Southern France. Not really much to photograph though (that I've found) apart from the island of trees which under certain conditions is brightly illuminated while the rest of the landscape rests in shadow. I hasten to add that I didn't time this deliberately ... just turned up on what was the right day at the right time. But now I know :-)
