Dancing in the dark serves as a metaphor for seizing life in uncertain times, for finding rhythm & joy even when the way forward is veiled.
The lyrics to Dancing in the Moonlight say "Everybody's feeling warm and bright. Its such a fine & natural sight...when that moon is big & bright,its a supernatural delight"
