Painted Red Contest Entry 
My hostess at The Oxford Yurts wanted me to experiment on my recent stay and she brought me an odd shaped slice of tree trunk and asked me to make a picture of a mother and child. I decided, to make it stand out in a field, against a totem pole, was to use bright red for prominent parts. I hope you like it.
