Neat how you've captured the yellow truck straight-on and the white and red truck at an angle to emphasize 'convoy'.
They look massive from the angle you've shot them.
Fascinating how the translation reads on the front of the truck. But I've always admired how they seem to bring 'God' into every aspect of their lives - even in this manner.
Really like your composition and colors with this shot. Even festive in mood.

Thanks so much.
These trucks are so massive as they look.
Yes, they do have a different relation to to God, nature and universe. It's basically a catholic country but the tradition are interweave with pagan traditions. Just as the Day of the Dead traditions, seeing the sun as the right eye of God and "Nuestra Seniora de Guadalupe" [The Virgin of Guadalupe] appeared with a dark face and her blue cloak resembles the color of the main goddess in both the Mayan and Aztecan mythology.
I like these colors too because they are so typical for the area.
Thanks again you are always seam seeing more then others.

Always wanted to go down for Day of the Dead celebration but I've never made it. Yes - those truck colors are truly festive!

Hi, Hi, a other bait?
-
That 'bait' reminds me of the long trot lines we used to set out across the lake for fishing. Setting the bait was a long and time consuming task as we rowed across the water putting them out late at night and then checking them in the morning. But we caught some lovely catfish.

Absolutely right. Ever gone Ocean Fishing? I once cut a Marlin bigger than mi. But the most fun is Dorado [Maui-Maui]. They taste delicious.

Never gotten to go ocean fishing. One of the things on my must do list.
-
I like that to do list.
-
Always wanted to but just never made the time. Some day . . .

Some day soon?

I like the way you took this one and the way you filled up the picture with the trucks. The lighting and focus on this are excellent. Good luck in the contest.
