I really love your bird/flower compositions. They have such wonderful colors and depth. Your hummingbird is so sweet. Really like the wonderful textures in the flower & leaves in this one. Everything comes together beautifully in this one. Enjoyed it.

Very colorful image of a hummingbird and flower in vivid color. The flower is very lovely with excellent proportions and form. Where the background adds depth and fullest the image. Very nice clarity, and presentation.

Although I have always had my reservations on one using the computor for 2d, fine art rendering, this computor rendition shows that you have a eye for composing colors and focal composition.You did a fine job with playing with the greens to make a visualy comfy image. I also notyiced you made sure to make a colored "halo" around the humming bird for contrast separation. Even your signiture is not garish, but subtle. Nice job.

Very nicely done, the detail is crisp and the subject is 5 star worthy, i love the colours aswell, couldnt have picked it better, thats a small bird! haha, or a big sunflower!

Clarke, it sure would be nice to know why you keep giving me a 4.5 rating on all works. Usually when you give lower than a five star, it's nice to tell the artist why the deduction; but you've had nothing but good things to say with a low rating :) That sort of leaves me trying to figure out why you think I deserve only a 4.5 with rave reviews :)) I very much thank you for your time though, Clarke, but how about a little help here...lol.

I saw that, that's why I thought it was rather strange that you said a 5 but then put 4.5. You do have the ability to go back and change it if you so desire. A couple of those lower ratings and this painting loses it's six star rating quicker than a cat can wink an eye :)) I would definitly appreciate it if you could fix it.

Nice piece. Excellent choice of colors choice of colors and temperature for the piece. I will admit the hummer looks a little "cartoonish" but then again they do in real life! Love your sunflower. Thanks for sharing.
