Concert photos are notoriously difficult and the WB on this great. A little more zooming would have been nice but I guess you cant have everything!

Thank you. This is a post from 2009. The picture was taken 2008. That was all the zoom I could get out of my digital camera way back than. :-)

Thank you very much John, Yes the stars are somewhat part of the story on stage. They just wasn't visible, so I helped it out.

Yes you did right,I feel, to add to it in the way you describe. You now have it framed and a picture which would otherwise not have captured the emotion that was there on the night but cannot otherwise be conveyed in the photograph alone.I don't feel, having read other reviews that the figures on stage could have been sharper than they are, regards, mick

Thank you so much. Did you feel the couple on stage should be sharper yourself or because you read other reviews? In my point of view they shouldn't be crisp [sharper]. I didn't intent tom show people on stage but tell the story of a performance capturing the magic of the theater atmosphere and the emotions more than the people.

Cleo- this is a wonderful shot. The colors of the satge really standout and catch your attention. The blue stars that you added are wonderful and really break up the monotony of the dark audience area. This is a great picture- Well done!! Wendy

Thank you very much for yor generous review. Not all of the blue was added just some stars.

I like the blue stars, they add to the overall photo. Great composition and overall clarity given the lighting. It might just be the file size, but the actors on stage don't seem very crisp.

Thank you for your generous review. The actors on the stage arent meant to be crisp. I didn't want to show it crisp. It's very far away. It is meant to give the viewer the feeling to be part of the audience, to give the emotion and atmosphere of the theater more than the actual site. If one sits in the highest row of an big theater the actors are very small and not crisp in view. At least not for me, but what do I know, my eyes aren't good. But that is why the put the screen what is visible on the right for those who wand a crisper look.

This is a very original shot! It is a fantastic setting! The stage is so beautiful! I love the "starry" effect! Very unusual and interesting! Holds one's attention!

Thank you very much Galia, truth the conditions in a life performance in a theater aren't easy but I love to do that.
