you work so fast but with such a quality and a natural, vibrant style. this would take me months to do but it's packed full of detail and colours. this picture undercuts peoples expectations and this is a very good sign, from a young and talented artist. the day belongs to you!

This is very beautiful and it touched my heart. The poem is very wonderful as well. You have to follow your heart once in awhile with your work. As artist we share a little piece of our hearts and souls with everyone. Very wonderful theme for Eater as well.

A very fine work in pastels. I am reminded of the Ben Hur movie.I agree with you. You must paint what your hearts tells you and longs for. That will be reflected in the painting. Keep up the good work!

Thanks Seshadri, yes it was very liberating to do and will def be doing this kind of thing more often. Great for a quick fix :)

I think your picture accurately exemplifies the words in the poem. I've not seen such red type colors used this way before, but it makes sense - can be interpreted in so many different ways. Great details with the grass and the softer curved lines of the clouds and sky are a nice background to the density of the cross.
