Awesome shot even though the
wings are moving so fast. Great lighting on your shot and so clear you can see its feet. You captured great tail control that is keeping it in an upright position. Great shot!

Thank you so very much! I use a fast shutter speed and a external flash! the camera is on a monopod! I focus on the edge of a feeder and move off a bit and wait for them to fly into the frame! I will shot about 500 shots and get about 8 or ten good ones! It takes a lot of time but it is fun so it does not seem that long.

This nature photo is beautiful. Color contrast is nicely done. This could be better framed. The lighting is well controlled. Zoom into the right side more and crop some of the left side off might help. faisoft

Very nice capture Willie, Lovely colors and detail throughout the hummingbird. Great sharpness and excellent timing to capture the wings in front of him like that. Very well done. Best of luck in the competition.
