yick. I don't like spiders. But you really have a nice shot here. those hairy legs. can almost feel him crawling on me. Good initial impact, nice lighting and coloring.

What a brilliant catch! I like spiders, haven't seen one of these...almost like a tarantula in fuzziness but a little leaner. Anyway, I like: that you made it into a portrait; that you cropped it to take the extension of the legs off the page. That is a particular thing that appeals to me...to know that whatever I'm looking at doesn't just live in the little space the artist has made for it. Unusual, and very cool.

This is a very good capture of the spider. Very good clarity with the hairy body showing well. He should be OK without the leg. He's got plenty more. Nicely composed with good focus and detail. Well done. Thanks for sharing.

Sorry but he would have to have eight legs for a five. Joking, of course but you should have all the legs in the frame. I hate spiders. God capture

Fascinating, I don't think that I would be able to sleep with it in the house. The background perfectly sets off the markings and they tiny hairs on the legs, wonder how he lost one. Thanks for sharing. Cyn
