Very lovely design with excellent symmetry, pleasant colors and effective use of light. It appears to be lit from the middle, adding to the mind pleasing viewing. I can see this done in frosted glass/crystal, etched and hand painted. I really llike the way it looks as you have placed it, on a stark black background, as it makes it almost seem alive. I'll bet it would look good against many background colors. Well done. A very nice view!

Looks like a flower but I can relate to the title since I also see a butterfly shape. A butterfly that has just emerged having spent the early part of its life as a caterpillar! But as a gardener I see flowers in my abstract pieces of work. As a flower this would be quite spectacular. Like the soft silvery grey tones which are given a colour boost by the addition of turquoise, red and yellow. Quite delicate in appearance, the shapes of each section are highlighted by the plain black background. Very attractive and visually appealing.
