Good impact. Colors, composition and detail stand out. Really captures a very expressive deer. Maybe a little less blue background would work well, or just lift the deer up a bit. Nicely done.

very realistic deer...shows up fuzzy on my computer screen but I can only imagine that there is an upload issue...nice background transition...love the details captured in the painting...nice job and thanks for sharing

Very defined details of facial features. OMG! You've painted well, the nose and the expressive eyes, as if looking at me right now. Realistic choice of colors and clarity of textures of the coat. Love the various shades of contrasting colors in the background. Painted with great skills and technique. Well done and a pleasure to view.

The choice of chalk for this drawing is excellent as it lends softness to the image.And After all, this is such a shy and gentle creature. Love your brush strokes that create so much detail. Excellent highlights in the drawing. The background is excellent to set off the orange- brown colour of the animal.
