Wow I missed this one and it is stunning. You have certainly captured the way they come together when they have their heads down to fight. The coloring in this is amazing. The way you see the muscles, the eyes, nose, and horns, and furnishings on the legs is awesome. I love all the beautiful browns and the way you so skillfully blend them together. Just an exceptional work of art.

I have reviewed another of your pointillist works before. they are impressive! the colours are earthy and realistic (I think) and I cannot help wondering how you achieve the outlines, a thin pencil line or what. gorgeous effects

You have a lot of patience to undertake this kind of artwork! I really like the composition here - the bison with their horns locked makes for interesting viewing. A very good example of this genre.

This is a lot of bull. The collision of these two beasts wold shake the ground. The pointillism style of art creates an amazing raalism. The shading and use of various colors to create the effects of the various portions of the animals is fantastic.

FBI Guy,
my idea in this one was to use a limited pallet to create action and create a flowing piece, based on your comment I succeeded.

Keep pointillism ALIVE ... your work is wonderfully expressive ..i loved your notes and gives deeper context to what bring your passion to the canvas. Current brain studies are showing that works such as impressionism and mixed media expand our mind .. where the brain must see gaps and structure and does not grow out of the linear without being tested to know sensory stimulation .. I hope to see more and more and more mate ! Awesome !

websterjames,
yes, pointillism for me makes me see structure, the shape and the form of what I am drawing or painting. My idea in this one was to use a limited pallet to create action and to create a flowing piece of these two enormous animals doing battle, based on your comment I succeeded.
Thank you for your support of my artwork and me. Have you seen my portfolio, with my other pointillism works?
Your support is, as always, is very much appreciated,
take care and as always Cheers!!!
