Sorry I don't know but it looks noisy and mad at the guy with the camera. I love the light on its breast neck and beak. Good focus and contrast too.

Well you're out of luck with me on this bird identification. All I know is that it's not one of Sange's herons! haha The ol boy is either trying to swallow a fish or is singing up a storm in this shot. Great timing to get it with it's beak wide open like that. Cool shot and thanks for sharing it.

LOL , great initial impact - super capture, this is called perfect timing, amazing how big he can open his mouth so wide - your splendid eye saw him , not obvious as he has the same colors as the tree and his environment has - the cry for Sange is handsome, LOL accurate and a super gesture - great frame , great technical applications, well done
