Wow, this has a "make me dizzy" look and feel. I love the notes, but you lost me at 10 layers! LOL

Colors are great and the pinwheel effect on the Autumn Fairy.

On the colour front the contrasts between the dark blue in the sky and the yellow in the foreground are rather bright for my own personal liking, although I do favour the deep blue sky more so than the foreground. Composition is interesting and I can see you have used layers and various transparencies to get the effect. A lot of work! Good Luck in the contest at voting time.
