Just gorgeous!! I love the rich balanced exposures of the white of this striking rose and it's unfolding potential and beauty. The rich darker greens of the two leaves add such nice contrast of texture and color to the frame. Beautiful flowing silken framing with the material swirling around this focally beautiful bloom!

Lovely Rose on White Satin. White roses are one of my favorites as well. They are pure. I am seeing a lot of wonderful entries in the white contest and I have to say this is a very strong contender. The oil paint filter I think was a really good choice as well as the matte vignette. The silk is so soft. It reminds me of a beauty that should never be disturbed. I like the what you composed the shot and then how you framed it. The lighting is good and shows the differences in the whites between rose and fabric. I think the green of the leaves adds just the correct amount of visual tension to make the image very appealing and adds the correct amount color variation to keep the viewer interested and engaged with the image.
