An exquisite blossom which you have captured in all its beauty. Great colors really show themselves well against this outstanding background.
It is not at all like the violets that grow as weeds in my yard, but I haven't the slightest idea what it might be.

Initial impact is on the lighting of the flower. Gorgeous effect bringing out the colour especially in the centre of this bloom. The darker background makes the image quite dramatic.
