This is a pretty cool picture daddy. I don't know anything about an acid trip because I am more of a 80's and 90's kid lol. But what I see here is a cartoon with awesome colors. If you look at it long enough you start to see different cool things. I can see the number 3 lol!
It's awesome what you can do to pictures. I turned a picture of my pizza into a work of art.
I would say you got awesome focus but I can't see anything but awesomely awesome colors!

I had a good laugh when I was reading the title. One should almost think you have tried one of these acid trips. I think enough alcohol would have the same effect of what you are actually seeing as well. Your photo of an air balloon has turned into a colorful abstract, but still with a limited pallet.
It is a good flow in the colors and also the composition as well as a good balance.
It is pretty hard to imagine you as Hippie. LOL Just read your notes. Anyway, I think it is a good entry for the contest, and I wish you luck.

Thank you so very much! I don't know about you but I've done some pretty stupid things in my life! LOL! I had long hair, about 6 inches past my shoulders. I was a wild and crazy guy and yes I did all the dope and booze. I did take acid too. That was about 45 years ago and have learned long ago not to do such things any more!

I think most of us have done some stupid things. I was not a Hippie though, but I have had my fair share of booze, and I once tried to smoke grass. LOL

LOL! willie when I read your title I thought he off on a drug trip. When you sit and look at the painting light blue moves forward then the dark blue moves forward as in a wave. it is an illusion. Very interesting. I wonder if anyone else will pick that up. I am not stoned and I am not drinking wither. LOL! well done. maybe only an artist will pick it up. Thanks for sharing. sandy

This is a very clever modification of the two balloons shot, Willie. It makes a really colourful design and would be great in a boy's room, I should think.
