A beautiful mauve Hibiscus Mary, super DOF with sharp focus, exposure and framing. The mauve color really shows up nicely in all the greenery surrounding them:)

You have been sweltering and I am planning to go to South Haven tomorrow if it warms up to 20 F. The ice on the lighthouse should be nice because we have had a few windy days the the temps below 0. Anyway this is a nice looking shot with great cropping and excellent colors.

Mary, I love everything about your flower. The composition is good and the bokeh compliments the main star. The marginal space is also balancing and the square format rocks.

The only reason I'm holding back a piece of star is because the main star is not sharp. She needs to be startlingly sharp that's all.

Otherwise it's a very well seen photograph.
