I don't believe I've ever seen one of these. It is really beautiful without having any gaudy colors or elaborate structures. The textures are very nicely captured and the cropping is excellent.

initial impact is good. the abstract coloring between the flower and it's center attracts the eye. the texture of the bigger part of the flower helps add dimension. your flowers are nicely centered and the focus is sharp. nice job.

I am thrilled every time I see a photo of a flower or plant I have never seen before, and this is one is completely new to me. The blooms are truly lovely with the little pink star in the middle and the soft hairy petals. The way you describe it make me think that it is a great looking plant.

Your focus is spot on and sharp showing clear and well defined details in the star part of the bloom, and also the exposure is perfect.

When I taken photos of flowers I take many just as you, and the funny thing is that the first photo is very often one of the best. I like the way you gave framed this photo concentrated around two blossoms, and they are well placed within the frame. A truly lovely and well taken flower shot, and with a very good DOF.

I love this photo.I think hoya flowers are the most fascinating flowers.I have them growing and they seem like plastic.You have done a great job of capturing the flower underneath which is usually hard to see.Great clarity and focal point.
