This is absolutely precious beyond words. I LOVE cats, but can't have one, because my hubby is very much allergic to them. He tolerates our Shih Tzu dog, because he doesn't really shed. But your piece of the kitten shows the true personality and cuteness of the baby feline! I love to see them play. Congratulations on your contest win for this one!

You have captured the sadness in her eyes. When I first saw her I thought why does she look so sad and then I read your comments. I really like how you represented her fur with the wisps of hair in front of her ears such attention to detail throughout makes me believe I know who drew this. Good Luck in the contest.

What a beautiful pastel of this poor little kitten. Thank you so much to you and your daughter for giving it a comfortable home for its short life. I will never understand the cruelty that some people inflict upon innocent baby animals. You have done an excellent job and I wish you well in the contest.

Oh that is such a sad story the cruelty of humans is just beyong imagination at times - we had a dolphin shot in the river late last year just don't understand.
The artwork is stunning showing the cuteness of the little kitten extremely well. Love the shading of the fur and the blue eyes pop.
