This woman for sure has a hard job, and I would like to see women putting up with this in other parts of the world. What I like the best about this photo is the expression you have captured of her face. I do not even mind the busy background, because this is part of this photo and is showing where she is working, The blow out of the plastic cover on the right is however a distraction, and I would have tried to somehow get rid of it.
Your focus on her face is very good, and in spite of the busy background, the woman is standing out really well. Also the all over light is also good apart from the hot spots.
The way you have cropped the photo is working well and the woman has got a fine placement within the frame, giving the composition a fine balance. An all together well taken photo for this contest, but in need of some small adjustments. Still I wish you luck.

Thank you very much for your helpful review and and your input. I assume you talk of the plastic covered light. The plastic cover does not look blown out on my screen, but rather gray, even shows detail. That might be my screen. However I have an airbrushed version which is partly darker at the upper half. I found this version to dark, but might change to it if the contest rules allow mixed media enhancement.

I don't see any light or lamp, but I am referring to a sort of list sitting in one these plastic covers, and it is sitting beside the keyboard.

Great picture really tells a story. The woman looks totally fed-up and no doubt is wishing she could be somewhere else and be able to have a job she enjoyed. Well composed and caught the sad emotion in her face. All the cans etc show what a depressing environment she is in.Good luck.

She gets 5 stars for doing that job and you get 5 stars for appreciating it. You caught such a thoughtful expression, I wonder what she is thinking about. The light is perfect, the depth of field, excellent. I would maybe crop just a little more off the top but other than that really, really nice. Thank-you
