I had a look at your portfolio and found this one. I know it doesn't pay me very much to review this, but I had to just to tell how beautiful I think this photo is. Especially the colors are truly striking, and this photo therefore has a strong visual impact. I really like how the sun is sitting a bit behind the tree, and how well the silhouettes from the trees are standing out from this magnificent looking sky.
The photo is really sharp as well showing so well every little twig on the trees, and the light is out of this world.
The cropping is just perfect, and the trees have got a very good placement within the frame, giving the composition a really good balance. This is a spectacular and well taken photo with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

A wonderful African Sunset with the silhouetted 120 year old Baobab Tree framing the sun's disc with it's outer branches. The other trees also in silhouette give scales & interest. Artistic composition, framing & soft lighting with superb camera techniques with sharp focus.

As you can see from my own latest post, I love pictures of trees.
The colors on yours is absolutely amazing. It looks like the sky is on fire.
You also got there at the right time, with the sun right behind the tree. The silhouette of the tree against the sky is also amazing.

A very fine silhouette with great color in the sky. There must have been smoke or dust in the air to give you such nice reds and such a clear disc of the sun. The composition is very attractive and the colors are outstanding. Best of luck in the contest.
