a nice close up of this hibiscus; I think it would be even nicer closer, cropping the unnecessary green leaves at the bottom, leaving more sace at the top, in the direction the flower is "looking"; sharp focus with good exposure for the white;

A very nice shot in fine dappled light. The composition/cropping is eye pleasing and I like the exposure for the petals although the nearest one might stand a bit of burning in.

LOL, I keep forgetting that your getting ready to start your winter, and I am so ready for mine to be over. I love Winter, but as spring draws near, I'm ready for the new life, that comes with it. Wonderful capture of this flower. Not sure I have ever seen one that has bloomed with the pistil being so tall. That's pretty neat. Great focus. I like your DOF. The lighting is great. Really like the shadow play in this. The colors are wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing.

Thanks Kelly yes we are coming into autumn but don't get anywhere near the color of yours as native trees are not deciduous ☺
