Well I am a bird photographer and I think you did an excellent job.
We have the common Sterlings here. They have yellow beaks and orange legs.
I have yet to capture one. They are up at the Horse arenas, but we can never get a clean shot of them cause they never sit still.
You have excellent Eye clarity with bonus catch light, sharp focus, controlled exposure/ white balance, fine details and great colors.
Fine work Cara with camera techs and great layer work on the background.

Well I am a bird photographer and I think you did an excellent job.

Annie, I like this because it has your special touch...that artistry that you show often in your uploads.
I tend to gravitate towards dark images, especially chiaroscuro. The magenta hues on the bird echoed in the background really make this pop. It is a shame you have amputated the bird at the chest level but that is only a minor moan on my part.
An artistic presentation and beautiful to view.
