Wonderful notes sg! ...and the most fascinating part was reading how the high side has two steps more than the low side! I had never read that anywhere before.
Nice focus on your leaning tower....detailed so well I can easily see the very little people way at the top! Lovely color throughout...sky is just beautiful btw. White marble of the tower is clean.
Nicely put together image sg!!

now you can see what was wrong with the other pic with the 3 buildings: it was taken with a 15 mm equi. lens from the same window: because of the wide lens, the tower was leaning on the wrong side!

You do pick your hotel rooms well with a view in mind! what a great image of the fabulous tower of Pisa, set against and amazing pink sunset sky with swirling pink clouds rising up to the skies above. Nice off centre positioning and the inclusion of the surrounding ground by the tower gives us good perspective on the piece. A wonderful shot. :)

I like the way the warm light of the setting sun provides a pink cast on the tower. The perspective shows its lean and I really like the way the tungsten lights on the buildings at its base look.

I absolutely love how the colors all work with each other. They all compliment one another and makes this piece catch the eye. The angle also attracts the viewer. The tower itself is not centered so it draws in more attention.
