Mmmm. The photo has a wonderfully nostalgic feel and color palette to it. Not to mention it looks like a breakfast I would enjoy too! Great choice for the contest!

It sure looks good on this side of the planet as well...and as I sit and review with cup of coffee beside me I sure could use this muffin.
The information included within this image really creates a great homogenous piece. We see orange juice, we see blueberries we see the muffins as the main focal point but all the "back up singers" work to push this into a crescendo.
I know some reviewers may tell you about nipping the edge of the plate....it isn't about the plate it is about the muffins and you nailed it.
YUM....can I come over???

It sure looks good on this side of the planet as well...and as I sit and review with cup of coffee beside me I sure could use this muffin.
The information included within this image really creates a great homogenous piece. We see orange juice, we see blueberries we see the muffins as the main focal point but all the "back up singers" work to push this into a crescendo.
I know some reviewers may tell you about nipping the edge of the plate....it isn't about the plate it is about the muffins and you nailed it.

When I saw this photo I knew straight away who had taken it, and I was so happy to see that you are back. I am not so sure muffins is the most healthy breakfast, but they for sure look tasty together with the blue berries. The way you have set up this, is just very professional.
Your photo is of course also nice and sharp and it is such clear and well defined details to be seen in the plate of food. It is nothing wrong with the exposure either.
The format and framing is perfect and with the set up it is a very good balance in this composition. Indeed a lovely and well taken photo, and I wish you luck with the contest.

Making me hungry! This is framed in a very inviting manner. Your exposure gives a lovely brightness to the image and the clarity and detail of the elements are exceptional. The texture of the muffins shows nicely too.
