A beautiful panoramic shot of the industrial harbour at Le Havre it's lights twinkling in the sapphire blue of the night sky & then reflected on the still water's of the river Seine's estuary as it enters the Channel. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

pretty remarkable what cameras can do now days. An ISO of 12800 was almost unheard of not too long ago. A nice panorama scene with good color saturation and sharp details. Well done. A great entry for the contest. Best of luck in the voting ~ Steve
