You have been really productive lately Willie, and you always deliver such good photos. In this photo I especially like your POV, because makes the ship look enormous. My only concern is that not much of the sea is showing.

But your photo is nice and sharp showing clear and well defined details, and the exposure is just spot on.

I like the tightness of the cropping and the placement of the ship a bit off to the right. I think this is an impressive and well taken photo, and I wish you luck with the contest.

Thank you so very much! I try to get all my contest entries all done so then I don't let them slip up on me. I have gone back to work, and even though it is on a part time basis I get tired and just don't think about it.

LOL. Unless it is in an enormous dry dock. The angle you shot this shows the immense size of the ship. You have good depth and I think this is a creative entry for this contest.

By your title, Your subject is The Boat, we do get a sense of the ocean as it's location, the image is well focused and clear to view, the boat is huge ! I can see the blue water and sky with nice cloud detail, the image is well exposed. Best to you in the contest!
