It is a lovely place you have pictured here Willie, and it is fantastic that here are places with a constant summer. I especially like your POV where the shore line also works as a perfect leading line, and also the sky with the puffy clouds.
Your photo is of course also nice and sharp showing clear and well defined details in the buildings on the left, and the exposure is perfect.
I like the way you have cropped the photo, and with the buildings off to the left, it is a very good balance in the composition. Indeed a lovely and well taken photo with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.
